    Where are the Athletics Department offices?
    Administrative offices are located on the second and third floors of the Swain Student Activities Center, located at 2100 South Floyd Street on the U of L campus. Sport offices are located in that facility and at various athletics facilities on the U of L campus. Maps & Addresses

    How can I recommend a player to be recruited by U of L?
    NCAA rules prohibit recruiting contact between a prospective student-athlete and a representative of U of L's athletics interest ("booster"). However, you are welcome to contact a coach or staff person directly to inform them of a potential recruit.     What is CardsCARE and CardsFit?
    U of L student-athletes have the unique opportunity to spend time giving back to the surrounding community through the CardsCARE (Community Action Response Effort) program. Cardinal student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff members volunteer their time and talent with numerous organizations in an effort to assist the community. CardsFit is a collaboration of the University of Louisville Get Healthy Now program and U of L Athletics. The program promotes good nutrition, physical activity and healthy habits for children, adults and families. CardsFit equates to an acronym for Cards Are Reliable Dedicated Supporters of Family, Fun and Fitness Integrated Together. More Info

    What is the Compliance Department?
    The U of L Athletics Compliance Department monitors activities within the University of Louisville's intercollegiate athletic program; educates coaches, student-athletes and staff regarding NCAA, BIG EAST Conference and University rules, bylaws and regulations; and monitors, identifies and reduces any area of risk that could adversely affect the U of L Athletics programs.     How do I find out more about specific compliance rules?
    The compliance department maintains information online, including a simplified brochure to assist alumni, faculty, staff and friends in complying with NCAA rules and regulations governing U of L.     The U of L Athletics Department is asked to support many worthwhile causes each year. Due to the number of requests, the Athletics Department is unable to accommodate all requests that fit the set guidelines.     FACILITIES & PARKING QUESTIONS

    How do I find information on U of L Athletics facilities?

    How can I see where I am sitting?
    Seating charts are available online for football in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and for men's and women's basketball in Freedom Hall.

    Where can I find parking information?
    Parking information for all U of L venues is available online here. Specific parking information relating to Cardinal Football Game Day is available online here.

    Where are the disability parking spaces?
    Patrons may drop off individuals on the Floyd Street side of Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and park on campus in the garage. A shuttle service equipped to handle fans with disabilities is available in the garage. At the stadium, courtesy golf cart shuttles are available for patrons who need assistance from the bus drop off point to their appropriate gate. Handicapped parking at Freedom Hall is open to anyone with a handicapped, state-issued pass.

    MARKETING QUESTIONS

    What is Louisville Sports Properties/Nelligan Sports Marketing?
    Louisville Sports Properties is a local arm of Nelligan Sports Marketing, which is the rights holder for many radio, signage and marketing opportunities for the U of L Athletics Department. NSM, whose home offices are located in Little Falls, N.J., works jointly with U of L and is located within the Cardinals' offices on the U of L campus. More Info

    Who do I contact for advertising or sponsorship information?
    Please call Louisville Sports Properties at (502) 852-0858 or visit the staff directory for individual phone numbers and email addresses. LSP offices are located within the U of L Athletics Department on the third floor of the Swain Student Activities Center at 2100 South Floyd Street in Louisville.

    What are U of L's radio affiliates, when are the coaches' shows, etc.?
    A list of affiliates on the Cardinal Sports Network is maintained on the site here. Times and sites for the coaches shows, which are broadcast live at a Louisville local restaurant, will be available prior to the 2006-07 season.

    How can I obtain a poster, schedule card, etc.?
    To receive official U of L Athletics schedule cards or posters, please mail a self-addressed envelope or mailing tube with proper return postage to Sports Information, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY 40292. Supplies of posters often are depleted, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

    How can I obtain the rights to use the U of L Athletics logo?
    The University of Louisville works with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) in the management of its licensing program. For questions or in order to obtain a license contact Aaron Robinson at 770-799-3219. For logo usage questions, contact Pete Cautilli at 852-0814.

    What is the Junior Cardinal Club?

    MEDIA RELATIONS/SPORTS INFORMATION QUESTIONS

    What is the Media Relations/Sports Information Department?
    The Media Relations/Sports Information Department facilitates media coverage of the Cardinals. Sports Information is responsible for publicizing teams and student-athletes through press releases, game notes, media guides, the UofLsports.com web site, press conferences and interaction with individual members of the media.     How are game times established for U of L events?
    The Cardinals' football and men's basketball teams are among the most televised in the nation. Contractual obligations with national television outlets often determine game times. Some games are scheduled in advance of the season while decisions to broadcast other games may not be made until a few days prior to the event. Game times will be announced immediately on UofLsports.com as soon as it is determined and are updated regularly on schedules on the site. More Info

    When will next year's schedule be released?
    Many fans plan life events around U of L schedules. For that reason, schedules are only announced on UofLsports.com when approved by the administration. Please continue to monitor the site. All schedules are listed when completed. More Info

    Where can I view information on U of L camps and clinics?

    How can I purchase a media guide?
    Publications for all U of L sports are available for purchase through the Cardinals' sports information office. A PDF form is available online which provides further information on purchasing the guide you are seeking: More Info

    How can I receive video of a specific U of L game?
    Due to varying rights issues with television content, U of L cannot accommodate fan requests for video of specific games. Currently, the complete 1980 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship and 1991 Fiesta Bowl games are available on DVD. More Info

    How do I get help finding historical information, photos, etc.?
    Many historical questions may be answered by viewing the PDF version of each sport's media guide online. Requests for additional information should be made in writing to: Sports Information Office, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY 40292 or via email here.     CARDINAL ATHLETIC FUND QUESTIONS

    What is the Cardinal Athletic Fund?
    The Cardinal Athletic Fund is the fund-raising arm for the U of L Athletics Department. The main goal of the CAF is to provide scholarship support for the U of L student-athletes. The U of L Athletics Department is mostly self-supporting, creating a significant need for private contributions. Through CAF members' annual contributions ranging from $100 to $100,000 and above, U of L student-athletes are provided the opportunity to pursue their academic goals and their athletic dreams, while learning skills that will prepare them to impact their future communities.     What is the Priority Point System?
    To more equitably serve Cardinal Athletic Fund members, a system is in place to determine ranking for season ticket placement and acquiring tickets to high-demand events. The Priority Point System is also used to allocate Cardinal Athletic Fund benefits like priority parking and requests for seating upgrades. All donor requests are ranked, reviewed and considered in priority point order. Ways to earn priority points are through athletic giving, years of involvement and purchasing season tickets.     What is the UofL Sports Pass?
    The U of L Sports Pass is the premium site within UofLsports.com in which content includes live streaming video of select games, live audio of football, baseball and men's and women's basketball games, video press conferences and much more. More Info

    Why is there a charge for the UofL Sports Pass?
    There are costs involved in providing the level of audio and video services which are available online at UofLsports.com. The video and audio content is offered as a service to those to those who choose to subscribe to obtain the most information and entertainment that is available on the Cardinals, particularly for those Cardinal fans outside of the Louisville area.

    Who do I contact for help with my UofL Sports Pass account?
    A toll-free customer support line is available for U of L Sports Pass subscribers at 1-866-259-8973. Customers may also email questions to: customerservice@website.cstv.com to receive technical assistance and resolve questions about their account.

    Can I watch football or basketball games live on the UofL Sports Pass?
    The U of L Sports Pass webcasts several Cardinal home sports events live. However, due to current contractual obligations, Cardinal football and men's basketball games cannot be broadcast live on the internet. The audio play-by-play call for those two sports is available through the site.

    Can I listen to the game live with the U of L Sports Pass?

    TICKETING QUESTIONS

    Where is the Ticket Office located?
    U of L Athletics operates two campus ticket locations: near Gate 2 of Papa John's Cardinal Stadium (Floyd Street side) and on the third floor of the Swain Student Activities Center. Free short-term parking is available for fans at the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium location.

    How can I contact the Ticket Office?
    The U of L Athletics Ticket Office handles ticketing for all U of L athletics events and is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. You may call the Ticket Office at (502) 852-5151 or toll-free at 1-800-633-7105. Some tickets to football games, when available, are made available online through Ticketmaster. More Info

    How can I purchase tickets?
    Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets are also available online for select sports. More Info

    How can I see where I am sitting?
    Seating charts are available online for Papa John's Cardinal Stadium (for football, View chart here ) and Freedom Hall (men's and women's basketball, View chart here)

    Where is Will-Call the day of the game?
    Papa John's Cardinal Stadium will call tickets are available for pick up at the Athletics Ticket Office located on the east side of the stadium near Gate 2 (Floyd Street side). Player tickets are available at the ticket window located on the west side of the stadium near Gate 7. Will call will open at least two hours prior to kickoff. Freedom Hall will call tickets are available for pick up at the box office located near the front entrance at least two hours prior to the start of the event. Player tickets in Freedom Hall are available in the northwest corner of the building between Freedom Hall and the West Wing. Cardinal Arena will call tickets may be picked up at the ticket window inside the entrance to the left. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets in will call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets, unless arrangements are made through the Athletics Ticket Office in advance.
