Greg Brohm begins his fifth season as the director of football operations at the University of Louisville.
The former Cardinal wideout, comes to Louisville after serving one year as President of the Louisville Fire in the Arena2 Football League. While with the Fire, he was responsible for all the day-to-day football operations, including corporate sales, marketing, and all personnel decisions. He also served as the offensive coordinator on the coaching staff.
Prior to joining the Fire, Brohm served as an account manager for WHAS Radio and Clear Channel Communications for nine years, where he developed new clients, promotions and marketing plans. Brohm also served on the WHAS broadcast team for Cardinal football for the last 10 seasons.
Brohm, who graduated from Louisville with a bachelor's degree in 1993, was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter for the Cardinals from 1988-92 under head coach Howard Schnellenberger. He was a starter for the 1991 Fiesta Bowl championship team, catching 11 passes for 138 yards. For his career, Brohm caught 45 passes for 722 yards and three scores.
He joins his two brothers, Jeff and Brian, who are also a part of the Cardinal football team. Jeff is the U of L quarterbacks coach, while Brian is a quarterback for the Cards.
